  1.     The MODERATOR SETTOPIC command lets you change the topic of the current
  2. channel.  The topic is, of course, only a guideline, but it is useful to keep
  3. updated so users know what the general discussion is about.  To change the
  4. topic, enter this command as follows:

  6. MODERATOR SETTOPIC <topic>
  7.  
  8.     <topic> is the desired new topic, and may include PubColour codes.  The
  9. total length of the topic can be no longer than 70 characters.  Omitting
  10. <topic> will clear the topic for the channel.
